Have your billing statement ready. On the secure Clover payment page:

1. Amount: enter the amount due on your bill.

2. Customer Information: enter the patient name and receipt email.

3. Additional Information → Note: enter your ACCT. #, including leading zeros. Please complete this even though Note is optional.

4. Payment details: enter the cardholder information, review, and pay.
